So in Sunday’s game there was a brawl between the Raiders and Broncos, centering around Michael Crabtree and Aqib Talib. And you would expect Marshawn Lynch to defend his teammate, Crabtree, after all of this happened, but that isn’t how things played out.
Instead Lynch decided that he would help out Talib and escort him through the Raiders bench, so he could leave after getting ejected. If I were Lynch’s teammate I would have a problem with this because it looks as if you are more on the side of Talib than your teammate, and this isn’t the first time he has done this. He had a similar incident earlier in the season when he ran onto the field to defend Marcus Peters from getting into a fight with the Raiders.
If Marshawn was on Talib’s or Peter’s teams I would say he is a great teammate for helping them out when they were emotional and making poor decisions. But with him being on the opposing team, he is actually being an awful teammate, because he is more loyal to other players rather than his teammates.
